2021-07-28 23:15:38 +0000 UTCThat scene where Damon called Stefan and he is frustrated with his brother asking him for help made me think of the perfect wording for my frustration with the characters of this show. Everyone is always craping on Damon and throwing every bad thing he has ever done in his face every day, never letting him grow and change in their mind, never acknowledging all the ways he has changed for the better. They are always calling him selfish because his decisions in later seasons help one person while unintentionally (and not even directly) inconveniencing someone else. Then when he comes to this person he accidentally and not directly hurt for help (to help someone else, by the way) because it interrupts that persons personal or romantic plans they once again lash out calling him selfish when it is always Damon trying to help everyone individually, not asking for credit (and definitely never receiving any). Whenever anyone else does helps out in any way they make sure everyone knows they did something good for someone else. And, if the person they happened to help is Damon, they always shove that in his face too, like they went out of their way to help someone they look down on and think as less than them and act like is only ever causing all of their problems or just in the way. In my opinion, everyone else is more selfish than Damon.

The killing of vamps was fun to watch, Damon ripping human heads off is always entertaining haha and Ric was enjoying getting back to his old self and I totally agree with you Bonnie shouldn’t be so pissed about Damon killing beau yeah he helped Caroline but right now she needs to be saved and also he’s currently killing humans so they are in a way saving people. For this reason I really applaud Damon he will do anything if something needs to be done no hesitation just do it and in such situations at times you need to have this approach.

2021-07-06 10:09:17 +0000 UTCI’m starting to really like the whole time jump thing in this season I’m really enjoying this season now after re watching it. I really like Benzo and for me personally I enjoyed their scenes in this episode they were so cute and we can now see these moments lead to them being together in the present so I like their storyline yes it isn’t like the usual ones we have got until now but it’s something new and they just fit perfectly together. I was so fedup of Jeremy and Bonnie’s relationship very glad that was wrapped up they had no fire, not much connection I really liked them in season 2 but post that their relationship just felt very flat to me and honestly Bonnie deserves someone like Enzo a strong character who has a good personality, he’s got a charming accent as well haha because after all she’s Bonnie she deserves to be with the best.

Jenna died, Meredith left after his death, Jo died, and he's finally got two kids and a woman who love them with all her heart, and who was with him for 3 years! I mean, come on, how could you not fell in love with her? And Stefan saying all those things... I just felt really bad for Alaric at the moment
