(3 months later) thats why i think delena works so much better than stelena. stelena was just thrown at you, whilst delena had time to grow and let their feelings and love for each other grow. yeah they both seemingly loved her from the beginning, mainly because she looked like katherine, but delena just feels more genuine to me. even with all the ups and downs and toxicity there can be,

If you listen to the lyrics playing when Damon compels Jeremy and again when he kisses Elena, "It's everything you wanted It's everything you don't It's one door swinging open And one door swinging closed Some prayers find an answer Some prayers never know We're holding on and letting go". Very revealing. I always marked 3x3 as the end of Stelena, everything after that was just them lying to themselves really, one door was swinging open (Delena) and door was swinging closed (Stelena)

For things like these I love Damon even more he’s changed so much since S1. About Jeremy it’s wrong yes cz they are taking his choice away but from Elena’s view as his sister I totally understand why she’s doing this No1s wrong here according to me it’s just a fucked up situation. On a concerning note Ric’s ring is acting up it clearly don’t work properly this time around and it’s a cause of huge concern probably one more reason for Elena to take this step regarding Jeremy. Also Meredith the doc was married to Stefan ( Paul Wesley) and yeah she’s pretty cute. Next episode is again one of my favourites your gonna love it. Can’t wait for it 😻

One time I was meeting a guys parents and they asked me what my parents did and I guess their son didn’t warn them and tell them my mom passed when I was 15, so I just told them about my dad and then they were like “do you not see your mom?” And bc I’m evil and I make jokes when I’m uncomfortable I was like “well, i guess you could say that” then their son immediately was like “her mom passed away” luckily they were cool and didn’t get weird about it. Humor is the best way to cope sometimes 😂

I personally do not think they had any right to do that, what makes him less qualified to be in this mess than elena and matt. This would have been completely fine if they were like "hey Jeremy, we think you should go out of town and chill. do you want to?" THEY DIDIN'T EVEN GIVE HIM THE CHANCE TO GO WILLINGLY.
