Did he really though? They keep playing it hard in this episode that he took her choice when really he gave her another choice. Her choice was just to die with no alternative, if that is what she wants the choice is still hers since technically just having vampire blood in your system when you die is not how you become a vampire, you then have to drink human blood (a choice) to complete the transition or else just die

So much to say about this episode...1st, Elena is a child, and all these adults are just bowing to her like sure child, everything should be your decision. 2nd, Elena is a hypocrite because it was Bonnie's choice to Sacrifice herself to save Elena and Elena was like, nope, you dont get to make that decision. And lastly, when Damon fed Elena his blood he was not taking away her choice by forcing her to become a vampire but giving her another choice to come back if all else failed as a vampire since, as we all know, the last step in the process to become a vampire is to drink human blood, which Elena could still choose not to do.

Literally, like wtf. Does respecting Elena’s choice really triumph keeping her alive? That would be a no for me, respecting someone’s choice can only go so far imo

One thing that really bugs me about Elena's plan I the sacrifice involves 1 vampire + 1 werewolf + 1 doppelgänger, that's three people dead instead of 1 dead Bonnie, the math doesn't add up, especially since the plan was to use Tyler & Caroline, or at least Katherine (so they assumed), + 1 innocent werewolf.

What Damon did to Elena was definitely wrong he took her choice but can we actually blame him he can’t see her dead he doesn’t wana loose more ppl in his life though he knows she loves Stefan and it will always be him. He took a impulsive decision yes but he did it to save her life he didn’t trust Elijah’s plan and we heard what Elijah told Elena there’s a 50-50 chance of that elixir working so how can Damon be ok with it? He didn’t wana take a chance.

I understand you don't like Tyler, but that much hatred, feels way over the top. Tyer is not anymore season one dbad, he changed, grow up, evolved....follow the show characters development, don't get fixeted on ideas that aren't there anymore.

Klaus showing up at the grill like that is a power move pure and simple, he knows he doesn't have to hide from anybody or make himself small...The reason why it's a realistic thing is that if you take the examples of the Avengers there's a chance at killing Thanos lol They wouldn't stand a chance against Klaus, he can crush you in an instant and he's literally invulnerable save for a few tricks, it's just not worth trying anything. The phraseology when you spend 1000 years trying to break a curse you learn a thing or two..What he should have just said is when you spend 1000 years on earth period, you learn a thing or two lmao, think about that the guy is 1 millenium of age that's insane

These episodes are insane! But that's why I love it! Matt with the gun thing kinda comes out of nowhere. However honestly it's a bit hilarious. Like this newbie human to the game. What you gonna do. Lol

At the words " then I shall be dead" Damon look at his brother and Stefan just shrugh his shoulders🤷♂️ really? No wonder Damon is loosing his mind. He feed Elena his blood, bad move. But I get it, I would do anything to keep the love of my life from dying.

NO man the curse of the sun and the moon is fake, it desn't exist, is an invetion of Kalus an Elijah to make vampires and werewolf search for the ingredients and put them together so that Klaus can becuame an hibrid. Nobody else would get any advantage from breaking the curse but Klaus.

So for what happened with Damon and Elena I must say that once again Damon messed up, he does not know how to control himself and decide on a person's life, to impose his choices and his fears on her, which is incredibly wrong, there are no excuses for his behavior. None.
However, I think since Katherine's arrival we see a Damon on the edge of the precipice, he is unstable and impulsive, more than usual, and his brother knows that, and I think that after Damon took so much 'hits' (emotionally) throughout this season especially coming from Elena, every argument, every rejection pushes him more to the edge. I think of Damon in this season like the thread of a rope, and by dint of pulling it breaks at one point.
I think emotionally he's at his wit's end, he's tired and he's in pain, and I think the last altercations he had with his brother only hurt, Stefan was walking on eggs at the start of the season but not anymore, he sees that his brother is drowning but jealousy is a terrible scourge and it drives him to be sometimes bad with Damon.
I also understand Stefan, it must be exhausting to be in love with someone that your own brother revolves around constantly, that makes him suffer too, and how much a person can accept under the pretext of family ?
I think it's a really anxiety-provoking situation, they are slowly suffocating each other.
When it comes to the episode, once again Klaus is ahead of everyone else, he has a werewolf, a witch and now Jenna as his backup vampire.
And the ritual takes place that evening ...
I think that episode 21 that you must have seen since must have been complicated, especially considering what happened to certain characters ...
The writers have really succeeded this season I must say.
Looking forward to the next one,
