What's next!

Hi folks! Release v0.6 was messy and tiresome! Now that it's done, it's time to plan what's next.

From now on, I'll try to not make the same mistake again. I'll plan smaller and quicker releases because late scenes of the game are becoming more and more complex (with several past choices and stats being used to build individual dialog lines and actions).

Day 3 night has some important events to unfold and day 4 is election eve, so it won't feature the same routine (house-school-free-roam-quests-scenes) of days 1, 2 and 3. The writing will be very tricky! In one of the first posts I said my plan was to make HnS2 at least 3 times bigger than HnS1, but I think this goal was already reached and it may end up as about 5 times bigger!

Minigames still need improvements. What I realized after working in the frame-rate issue is that some people still have problems because the games are not conveying properly the controls and goals in its UI. I also want to make each sex minigame fully "watchable" in the gallery, so you can enjoy the view without actually having to make any inputs. I'm also neglecting story mode lately, because the plan is to use the "watchable" versions of sex minigames in this mode once they are done.

The initial idea for v0.7 is to complete all branches of the country club final scene and keep improving the sex minigames. This version is also planned to feature an editable configuration file with game options like a master sound volume setting, enabling/disabling blur and bloom effects, framerate cap, etc...
