question, he should use glide all time, like silver surfer or just to somes moves and fly.

I think the Glider makes sense for his dash and flight moves, if he plays like other flying characters in the games. Otherwise, a regular walk would help make sure he can stay recognizably on the same plane as his opponents and whiff a lot less in combat.
