Weekly Post - New Developments

Welcome to this week's edition of the Weekly Post! Things have been both hectic and busy over at GMTI HQ, which is why we decided to skip last weeks edition. We are moving to a new location! Or more accurately, the CEO's moving. However, that's not all. Let's get started.

Legacy Sleeper Addon

We're happy to report that in addition to 2 new (currently) secret pieces of content, we started development on the new Legacy Sleeper Addon that will be available exclusively through Patreon for the Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack. 👀

In our effort to do better, we won't publish it until it is actually finished. That means that the addon will feature 2 sleeper sizes.

Upcoming Content

We won't divulge what these pieces of content are, and for one of them it will very likely be some time until we're ready to showcase it. That said, we think you will very much enjoy what we have in store for at least 1 of the 2 content pieces. Sometime in the future, we will likely release more information! 👀

GMTI HQ is moving

Our HQ is moving! Or more accurately, our chief director is moving. GMTI goes wherever he goes.

My time here is up. So, I'm moving to a new place. And because I am moving, so is GMTI's base of operations. This does mean that, because I do the majority of the work here, development will halt briefly. Once the move is complete, and after I've settled in, I'll pick it up again. I'm very excited for this next chapter. - Gregory, CEO

Potential Store Changes

📌In an effort to make everything as smooth as possible for everyone, we are always looking for ways to improve. Currently, our website and its store are handled by WIX LTD. However, a while ago, we noticed that the WIX E-Commerce platform doesn't fully offer what we are looking for. We are therefore looking into migrating to Sellfy for the storefront.

Sellfy has numerous benefits compared to WIX E-Commerce. For starters, their focus are digital downloads, meaning that we could then solve the issue of users needing to repurchase with free coupon codes to get the updates. It's not only a hassle, but also very intensive for us humans to figure out who did and who did not get a copy of a digital product.

Sellfy also has native integration with Patreon, meaning we can link our Patreon to the store! So far, from what we gather, you can then link your Patreon account with our store and if you have a Gold Membership or higher, you automatically get the discount benefit.

We are still discussing this internally, but if we like what we see, we will migrate all the current store data to the new store.

We'll let you know what we end up deciding!

Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack: Legacy Edition Update

We've been unable to reach out to Car_Killer since the last time we had contact... If you are waiting for a repo release for it, we aren't sure when it will be available. We hope to know more later this month.
