20:47 Margo’s character in the books was named Janet but they felt with Jane Chatwin and Julia that another J name was too much for the TV show (as you’ve seen it’s often a bit of a complicated/confusing story at times) so they renamed her Margo. Cute little Easter egg comment from the librarian 😂
