Winner of last week's Poll we have a classic 80's action comedy, which I didn't realize was Eddie Murphy's first movie until afterwards. Good chemistry between Eddie and gruff Nick Nolte! Hitch is back and this time it's a thriller with an ending that once again left me stunned! Really enjoyed this one. I heard it wasn't a huge hit when it came out because people weren't used to Jimmy Stewart in a darker role, but now it's considered one of Hitchcock's best. Where does it rank for you?

Ok it's the next installment of the View Askewniverse and in this one we're hanging with the cool kids at the mall! I definitely noticed the higher budget but it's interesting to me that this one didn't do as well as Clerks right out of the gate, or so I've heard. A 70's sci-fi that goes HARD on the sci! Didn't expect this to be such a realistic portrayal of scientists doing science but it was cool to see. Quite a scary scenario and I wonder how realistic this actual scenario is. Has anyone read the book and is it any good?

I can do this all day! I finally got to see Captain America's backstory and the origin of his shield and I loved it! So cool to go back to the 40's and see him start out as such a sweet underdog before he became an ultra buff super soldier. Can't wait to see what happens now that he's in present day. The Avengers coming soon and I'm pumped!!!
