Weekly Post | The New Plan

Hey there dear patrons,

First, I apologize for the delay, I had other matters to attend to last week prior to writing this post. Nevertheless, in today's weekly post I am going to talk about what's next, like I promised to in last week's post. Let's get right into it.

What's Next?

I have devised a business plan with some assistance from our head of Quality Assurance, Bob, in which I had to have a good think about certain things, such as my objective. Starting from today, as of writing this post, GMTI will act professionally, as a business, and handle things as if it is a corporation. As I had mentioned in my previous transparency report post thing, some might like this, but some might not like it at all. That is sadly a fact, but this change fits perfectly with what I want GMTI to be. Here are GMTI's new vision, mission, and values:

Vision
Cater to enthusiasts by the creation of feature rich, specialized and highly optimized trucking themed content for BeamNG.Drive.

Mission

• Ensuring safe, friendly and respectful community interactions; 
• Clear. effective, prompt, and reliable communication to the community;

Product Release Roadmap

Earlier today I wrote a public announcement in our Discord server and listed a short version of our roadmap for future releases and updates. Here is a more detailed version of that list:

Q4-2023:

• Push out the Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack Public 2.1.4x 2023 finale update, including the 36" Sleeper Cab, Phase-IV day-cab interior remaster, and the Australian Spec version of the Gavril T-Series. Potential conversion to standalone included, cannot promise this though.

Q1-2024:

• Launch Heavy-Haul Trailer Pack as a FREE product, includes the full array of trailer components and heavy-weight loads.
• Launch General Purpose Trailer Pack as a paid product, including new components and new trailer sizes and loads.

Q2-2024:

• Push out the Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack standalone update if not done so already.
• Update Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack: Legacy Sleeper Add-On including the full originally planned parts list.
• Release the Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack: Recreational Vehicle Add-On for our Patreon members.

Q3-2024 and beyond:

• Unplanned, stay tuned!

Final Note

Now that I have made clear my intention to run GMTI as a corporation, I hope to rebuild the trust lost and build a new reputation and keep that.
