Spawn power limit and The Tick

Hi guys, i want to add the power bar to Spawn, but dont know how do it exactly on game, so looking for ideias, what happens when empty, he should die? maybe Summon a Violator to hunt him? block his powers? anything else?
....
My plan was share The Tick this easter, but had problems with upload saturday and sunday too :( ... will try again tomorrow.

I Liked both ideas...no power until next level and attacked by a hell criature. This will be a hard punishment.
2020-04-13 11:16:12 +0000 UTCThe original idea was that when the bar ran out he would go back to hell. So maybe some form of hell creature begins to attack him, instant death though that could be too harsh, maybe a temporary effect like can not be used until the next level.
