Hey there dear Patrons,
In today's weekly post, we would like to show you our plans which are set in stone for the development of our first Patreon Special as well as the latest developments in the pack. We've also been cooking up a method of making sure mods are compatible with our Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack, more on that later. Let's skip the chit-chat, and get right into it, shall we?
Plans
Recent times have been kind of rough. After delay and delay, we're finally able to get back to some work. Here are our plans for the 110 & 180 Inch Sleeper Pack.
Week 20: Continue modeling the 180" sleeper and finish up the model.
Week 21: Create textures of the 180" sleeper, get it in-game, get the long frames in-game, and work on custom liveries. (more on that later)
Week 22: General polishing, major bug fixing, creating hype.
Week 23: RELEASE
The pack will be split up into 2 parts. Since this won't be just any regular sleeper pack with some skins, and now over 2 months past the initial release date, the 110" Sleeper will arrive later this year. After the 180" is done, we'll focus our attention straight to the other projects we had initially planned. Are the two parts going to be separate downloads? No, it will be available as an update to part 1.
We mentioned custom liveries. You read that right, our skin and logo designer will make some sweet new liveries that will be exclusive to this pack only. How many are still unknown, but we can guarantee it will be at least 3. The best part is: they'll be fully compatible with all other skinnable parts found in the Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack.
Sleeper Progress
We've obviously had progress recently. The model for the 180" sleeper is now about 85% of the way there. It's still missing some major details but we're working on those. Stuff that will still need to be modeled include but is not limited to an Electric generator, ceiling, curtains, and more.

Compatibility Guarantee for Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack
Since our Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack will continue to push boundaries and become more complicated with each and every major update, we have been discussing something in-house. We are eventually going to poll this on our Discord server, but we would love to hear your opinion first! Feel free to let your opinion be known in the comments.
The idea is this: If there is a modder that has made a mod for the Gavril T-Series and the modder wants to make sure that their mod is 100% compatible with our Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack, they can do these simple steps. They can simply send their mod over to us, and we will manually check and verify the mod to make sure it truly is 100% compatible with the Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack. If their mod passes, we'll send a stamp to the modder which they can put on their mod page.
But what if their mod doesn't pass? Well, we'll tell the modder that their mod appears to break X or conflicts with Z. We will not fix their mod for them, as it's not our mod. We have no business snooping around in someone else's mod files for the purpose of verification. They will have to fix it themselves if they want the mod to be 100% compatible.
Will you force on the modders? No, we will not force this onto anyone. It's simply something a modder can opt into if they so desire.
What is your aim with this "stamp"? Even though it may be an additional step for mod developers, our aim with this stamp is to make the lives of thousands of mod users easier (especially semi-truck lovers) by getting rid of the worries about "will this work with that". It's just another service of what we, the GTG Mods Team, are about. Quality, Excellence, and Professionalism. Striving to give you, the end-user, the best of what we can provide.
That's it for this week folks! We hope that you enjoyed this week's post! Stay tuned for next week.
Yours sincerely,
- the GTG Mods Team
