Weekly Post - Setbacks & Other Details

Hey there dear Patrons,

First of all, we'd like to apologize for the 2-week gap in-between posts. This post, because of the events that took place, is one of the few ones that will be public.

We regret to inform you that our Founder (Gregory) got violently robbed on the night of November 25th, 2021. He was beaten down, threatened to death, and his PC was stolen. This system happened to be his workhorse machine on which he mined, created most of the projects you enjoy, spent his free time on, and established the GTG Mods Team. Because of this, he declared that the situation was bad enough to push the GTG Mods Team into a state of panic, as he launched the Doomsday Protocol. All of the core files luckily were saved onto the Server which wasn't stolen. Our founder is currently unable to work on any projects for multiple reasons, of which one is not owning hardware sufficient enough to make the content you love. The laptop he owns doesn't have the cooling necessary to render for prolonged periods, nor does it have enough memory capacity to work with the quality settings you are used to. We do not condone asking for money, but donations are more than welcome at any time!

The Doomsday Protocol is a series of protocols that basically shuts down the GTG Mods Team to the bare minimum. Services will be shut down, sometimes unexpectedly. Any and all in-development and in-testing projects will be halted, potentially permanently. Support will be either be available in a limited capacity or completely unavailable. The minimum time frame for the Doomsday Protocol is two (2) weeks, but it can last up to months. The longer the time frame, the larger the chances could be that the GTG Mods Team will dissolve. During these times, we advise regularly checking the Announcements channel in our Official Discord server, as this is the quickest way to get information. It takes much longer for information to reach into the BeamNG forums, YouTube, and Patreon channels.

Prior to the robbery, we were nearly finishing the then-upcoming Public 1.1.4x update for the Gavril Barstow F2. Because of the robbery, we do not have any images to show.
