Great reaction! As far as Ozai burning everyone with a flick of his hand, I assume there is some sort of accelerant on the floor and all it needed was one small spark. Or, maybe one or more of the guards were firebending too. I mean, Ozai wanting any witnesses to think he's doing it all himself is very in-character. The cabbage guy is played by the voice actor from the original show. :) This show changed the mechanist's first name and they combined his episode with the Omashu episodes.
