The first approximately three hours of narration have now been recorded, though I've decided that I want to re-record section 2 since I'm generally unhappy with how it sounds and I have to keep re-recording parts of it anyways. (At one point, I mudmouthed the word "world" in much the same way that Tommy Wiseau does) I've found that I can record between 30 minutes and an hour of narration in a day before my voice gives out over the course of about four hours; for Down the Rabbit Hole, I project quite a bit to get the tone that I want, and my throat is usually a bit raw by the end. However, I've also spent days editing that narration so that Arc and Ryan can produce their work concurrently with mine, breaking the typical pattern of phases for the show.

Ryan is fitting the music to the narration faster than I can edit clips for him, and so I'm playing a game of trying to keep up with him. I'll be breaking my habit of taking weekends off and editing over Saturday (and possibly on Sunday if I have time) to make sure that he has enough material to keep going so that he can get the vocalist and saxophonist recording as soon as possible.

Arcaxon is also going through the script with me and making assets that will be added as visuals. While less time-sensitive, he's still working quite hard to get things done as quickly as possible. Above is pictured a new asset that Arcaxon made for the video: an Atron [pronounced: "cutie" (kyu-tee)]. It reminds me of a Volus from Mass Effect and I love it.
