But may be delayed a few days later than the usual prior early month releases, because...
I, apparently, got the Covids.
On Monday, I went to a close friends wedding and, while I have the shots and all that Jazz, it appears I caught it, along with another friend of mine (how I found out before it hit like a truck). The last couple of days were, like a weirdly surreal nasty cold and as I type this it seems to be subsiding significantly so, hopefully it's on it's way out. Naturally this has delayed things a bit more but the box art is close to completed, as is the Ortho illos, so the Sharurä will still be dropping soon-ish for sure. Aside from a rather blah, kinda post flu feeling (Covid feels rather different than a cold or flu, hard to put into words what I just experienced; like flu but not) I feel reasonably OK.
Following up on the print failures, that Javelin D I mentioned I was running during my writing the last post update did indeed print and I ran a Ballista C-2 that printed as well. It was bottom exposure tweaking (bumped it from 60 to 90) that did the trick, though I may do a few more tweaks. Otherwise prints are working again, just hadn't expected a Covid curve ball to delay my getting things really in gear. Getting Covid also delayed taking photos of those prints, which I likely will soon. Good news is, we haz print sign again.
Assuming the brush with Covid is a short one (we'll see) I'll be doing a bit of catch up but we'll get things rolling at full speed for what's planned this month and the following months.
Always, my deepest thanks for the support and interest in the work. More coming soon.
Stay safe out there guys, masks (though the N95s do seem very effective if you have them) and vax apparently isn't 100% full proof in preventing you from catching it (but absolutely mitigates how serious it is if you do catch it) so all you can do is use common sense as to your risk factors in certain public situations.
