Lena is a farmer and Kara gets lost while driving to some location. Kara meets the lonely farmer who was left to take care of her family farm after she lost her parents in some tragic acident. All Kara wanted was some directions and refreshments but she can't bring herself to leave. Both of them are masculine presenting switches.

Now-non-CEO Lena realizes she actually has free time and no idea what to do with it, so she asks Kara. They end up "trying out" new hobbies every week and as time passes, they go from "okay I have the crochet needles, what now" to "well we need to *go* to a class to learn karate" to "well, couples 'paint and pale ale' classes are cheaper". After an absurdly romantic totally not a date, Lena realizes what she should do with her free time: be with Kara. Nicely enough, this involves fucking Kara, too.
