I have a lot of plans for this fic, so there's a lot of smut and fluff to come. I don't know how many chapters it will be, but it feels like I'm about 1/3rd of the way finished based on my plans. No exaggeration, it might end up being around 300k words when complete. 😂There will be more family bonding stuff in future chapters. Regarding Lex - most likely not? But -maybe.- Thank you!!

i have read some abo stuff way back when i was still in another fandom but let me say that this managed to put itself on top of my list. the smut is omg top tier but the fluff turns me into a puddle of useless goo. i’m excited for more kicking andrea rojas ass + maybe a luthor fam and kara bonding day? i also love the fact that lillian is decent here bec lena deserves more good people in her life. i was wondering if lex would make an appearance here? do you also have an idea how long this series would be? thank you for this again! it has been a wonderful read 💖

This chapter was phenomenal. I really enjoyed how all of the family accept Kara into their family and see that her and Lena’s relationship is something stable and loving. Of course Andrea had to act like spoiled entitled brat that she is. Gawd I wanted Kara to punch her when she ripped Lena’s necklace. But of course Kara being the noble and gentlewoman she is she just took the trash out and kept her shoe lmfao. Fantastic chapter. Hope you are staying safe and well. ❤️💙👍🏻🤩

Yeah, fondant is extremely sugary and kinda tastes like the dye, I imagined good cake for Sophia = expensive and decorative, haha, since she has Andrea's tastes.

Lmao. I know someone who watches a lot of baking shows where fondant is used for decoration so I was just like, "yeah this is a kid who watches baking on TV but probably doesn't bake stuff. She likes things to look a certain way because of Andrea's influence and prob doesn't care about taste." 😂Andy really likes Kara and Sophia's making progress on it, for sure. Def want to add more Kara scenes with the kids in future chapters. I had to make some changes to that fight scene before posting - Andrea's behaviors were a little bit worse in the original. 😂

What a blessing this chapter is. Loved it so much. Lillian and Sam conspiring and Kara kicking Andrea out of the house. Lena will undoubtedly be pregnant soon and Alex and Sam will.... we'll see. And the fondant over butter cream? Well no. Not gonna happen. Even if American cakes are way too sweet for my taste. Doesn't matter if butter cream or pure sugar ;-)

My absolute favourite series is back and this is potentially my favourite chapter yet. You’ve truly outdone yourself with this one; Sophia slowly opening up and accepting herself as an omega, Alex’s full introduction (like everyone else, I’m curious to see where her and Sam goes, as well as hearing more about Kara’s youth/pre-Lena life) and Sam and Lillian’s personalities. Andrea’s complete meltdown and further evidence that Kara is her foil? Chef’s kiss. I fall more in love with your writing with everything you release, keep up the fantastic work and I can’t wait to see what’s in store next! 💙

I actually said the words “FONDANT OVER BUTTERCREAM WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS CHILD” so thanks for that lovely laugh. Gosh this whole thing was perfect - from Andy and Sophie immediately accepting Kara to the party (ALEX AND SAM!! HELLO!!!) and Lillian being so so great. “I’m keeping this,” Kara stated after a moment just to spite Andrea as she climbed out of the bush with a crazed look in her eye. “Have fun driving home with just one shoe.” I bout died at this. The embarrassment of writing a check your ass can't cash then being forced to drive home halfway shoeless was absolutely hilarious. I love the mix of comedy and romance in this fic. The story you have crafted between these two in BoE is just the best. Thank you for another masterpiece!

Saints above that was phenomenal! I love Lillian in this, she’s pitch perfect. The party was beautiful and it’s so awesome how much Kara and the kids love and accept each other. I gotta say I was hoping for a broken jaw for Andrea but I’m sure she’ll get the pummeling she so richly deserves. When she snatched off Lena’s necklace I wanted to fight.
