The 1.99.x beta builds (1.9.7.18654 & 1.99.8.18716)

Another month almost done & as a non chocolatey treat there's finally 2 new beta builds (we won't talk about the one that was pulled) which has been a bit of a bumpy one but has also been a hopefully move in the right direction now I'm looking back at all of the changes that have gone into them (especially with this week & the on-going local library plug-in related issues which build 18716 should improve).

Not sure what to call out from the builds compared to the prior beta build as a lot of things have been touched, changed, fixed & so on over the last few months. One obvious is the Discord now playing feature where it can now attempt to show the albumart from what's playing which so far seems to be working without issue for those who've been testing it.

The beta build from today (30th) is being treated as a public preview release candidate for a new preview build going out in the coming week (be it 18716 or a slightly tweaked build based on what crops up over the next few days) & will finally be flagged as a new build to update to.
