Let's get this party started

I'm pretty excited about this, not only because you guys all picked a fantastic miniature but because it's my first community focused video. I hope I can change up the format enough to really make this something special each month. I've had a few thoughts like feedback on color choices and other callouts as well as community spotlights. In the end I want this series of videos to progress beyond a simple quick vote and really involve as much of you as possible in the creation of a single monthly video.
These additions will modify the video directly with a goal of including frequent and fluid shoutoutss to discussions, decisions and engagements around the selected miniature each month.
I'm not going to spill out all the details yet as I've been mulling this over in my head mostly, but expect a steady adoption of more ways for each one of you to be involved.
Suffice it to say, the "Vote" tag will get more use than just 1 post a month :)

2018-03-22 23:04:07 +0000 UTCI will say, while I've slowed down to show what I am doing at times, I've never once put tutorial or how to anywhere in my videos :P And as for the rest, yeah I honestly have no idea where it'll lead us and I think that's exciting. Wherever it leads the video, I'll be commentating on it which should be fun :)

I really like the idea of going beyond what the artwork reveals and using more originality and seeing what happens. While I fully anticipate the 'big money' will be in creating tutorials of the most popular games and figures, I also like the idea of more "how to" videos where maybe you try out some trial and error and community based ideas which you may not have experience with or even thought of before on some mob/minion pieces to see how they turn out. That's always a challenge for us less experienced painters is learning what works and what doesn't to avoid ruining our core minis.
