New plan for development times!

Hey everyone! Hope you're all having a good week so far.

Thank you for responding to the development poll! Karman and I have talked a lot and we have decided upon something that should still provide consistency but also less crunched releases for us!

The schedule will instead be that new versions will be released every 4 Friday's, which can fall on the last Friday of the month OR the first Friday of the next month.

So V0.09 will be coming out the final week of November, and V0.10 will be coming out early January following the 4 week per update cycle.

However, for "bigger" updates, we will be spending pre-announced longer times on them and releasing x.5 versions in between the months.

So if we said that V0.13 was going to be a big one and would take us 2 months to finish fully, we'd release V0.12.5 after one month as the halfway update, then release V0.13 the following month with the rest of the content we want to add to finish the episode! This will greatly help us in not having to rush and actually add more content to the bigger updates as needed.
