Some tier changes next month.

There's some changes there that I think are necessary.
The 1$ tier will see a minor downgrade from access to all 1440p to just 1080p.
For the 5$ tier you shouldn't see really any difference.
The 15$ tier will cease to exist as it currently is. The main reason is VR is pretty much gone from my content. I will add a 10$ tier that will get most of the other benefits from the 15$ one like the double poll votes, previews (which should be more consistent now), and whatever else I feel like putting there. The 10$ will also have versions with no watermakrs.
Meanwhile the 15$ tier itself will be getting 4k versions of animation.
There will be a new 3$ tier that will be added with some benefits.

I've added a single blend file as a test on the 15$ tier for now. Not sure if this will remain as an incentive, but I will see how it goes trying to update it. Maybe I'll upgrade my MEGA account if people seem interested in a more thorough database.

I tend to keep my blend files for quite a while, but the problem lies more with how to upload them. Thanks for the suggestion!
