Suspending for a While

Hey, y'all. I know this is sudden, but I need to take a break from Patreon for a while. The short explanation is I've been struggling with burnout (specifically trying to think of ideas) for a while now, and work has been making trying to focus my thoughts into coming up with things even harder. Doing comms and trades is okay, because those have direction but I can't think of new stuff.

Into the Reach, pt. 5

A hungry monster. A werewolf. A mysterious manor in the woods. The camping trip into the Reach has gotten pretty strange (I mean, technically they brought the werewolf with them, but still). Sienna and Megan decide to explore the otherworldly mansion while Cerine and Rachel struggle to find them with night rapidly falling - and the world starting to change around them.

Sketchie: Council Call

I had a bit of extra time and a silly idea, so I decided to write it down. This scene doesn't really feel like it'd work in a larger story, so I made it a sketchie! It shows a little day-to-day life for Cerine, working in Northend, as she gets a surprise summons to appear before the city council...

It contains a busty fox and some implied off-screen weight gain.

Into the Reach, pt. 3

It's late into the night, and Cerine has (mostly) recovered from the bell-ringing that left her rather supersized. She and Sienna retire to the tent with the coyote and wolfess, and snuggle down for the night with their partners. Sienna begins to drift off, her brain buzzing with so many different thoughts and emotions from the day.

Gosh, I really hope there's not, like, a hungry dream demon in the tent with them or anything. That'd be crazy. >.>;

To balance out the story posts, I wanna visit one of my *r o u n d* couples next, and I have two ideas. Ava got attention recently, so the targeted subjects are either Gray and Erin, or a couple of my other OCs, Amelie and Len. If you don't know them, they were introduced in The Big Wake Up, wherein Amelie the cheetah and Len the arctic fox had romantic difficulties until Amelie got large. They've had a couple other cameos in other stories since!

Our intrepid campers have reached their campsite! After setting everything up, the sun sets and they relax for the evening to make s'mores and get close. Rachel is still infatuated with Megan, leaving Sienna with an(other) opportunity to snuggle closer to Cerine...

Into the Reach, pt. 1

To usher in spring, get away from the city, and possibly hunt for alchemy ingredients, Cerine, Megan, Rachel, and Sienna (and also Lykos, stuffed in Cerine's bag) decide to take a camping trip together into the Sylvan Reach. I mean, last time they went into the Reach Cerine ended up getting a huge chest, so it's bound to be fun, right?

Pumpkin Smuggling

After the Coyote story, I decided to work on something simpler to round out this month, so have a super indulgent, fun story XD If you saw the recent pic of Cerine in a purple sweater, you'll know the inspiration, and this story comes directly from a conversation I had over it XD

Touring a local farm on a blustery autumn day to relax, local dairy fox Cerine is accused of trying to abscond with a pair of pumpkins for, well... obvious reasons. Things spiral out of control from there.

The Coyote: Home

While out in the wilderness of the desert, the coyote and Kip stumble upon an ancient barrow belonging to the long-dead cattle. Such places are dangerous and prowled by the undead, and thus shunned by most sensible folk. But when the ruins begin to stir with energy, the irongunner decides to poke her nose into them. Will what she finds be more trouble than it's worth?

This is a fantasy-western story with action and adventure! It contains moderate violence.

Shortie: Grocery Day

Back during my break I had an idea of Ava being judged for her weight by someone in public but just not getting it, and sucking the other person into a conversation about clothing sizes and troubles. That, or Ava DID get it, and just played dumb.

And I just remembered I wrote it! XD
