Q&Aardy - June

Hi! I'll be doing a Q&A session each month for my Bodybuilders and Muscle Daddies (bless you all!) and here is June's! At the moment, I'm not sure how else to do them aside from you commenting below. So...

- comment your question below and I will reply in my own comment
- if you'd like to be anonymous, DM it to me and I will respond publicly here :)

While I'll leave this post up, I have to cap it at some point, so let's say you have 48 hours to get your questions in!

Comments

I absolutely would! It's an idea I've had before and tried to implement to varying degrees of success. I think I've veered to the opposite as a reaction to muscle theft stories, which I despise - "cocky jock gets his comeuppance" stuff. I love cocky jocks! But honestly, someone turning into a strong silent type is pretty hot.

Would you ever be interested in having one of your characters end their transformation with a shy, quiet, reserved nature to them despite their big beefiness? Or does that kind of contrast not seem particularly fun?

Pop music. All kinds. The major label and the niche. If I'm feeling happy I listen to upbeat, uptempo music to reflect my mood. If I'm feeling sad I listen to upbeat, uptempo music to improve my mood. Been spinning Let Them Know by Mabel a lot today.

What kind of music are you into?

Ohhhh yes, I discovered them back in the day when I was (hate to say this) 12. I couldn't believe there were other people out there interested in what I was interested in. There was the ORIGINAL Evolution Forum (like four iterations before what it currently is), CYOC (which looks exactly the same lmao), and some other long-gone sites like musclemorphs.com. Really, I started writing because I was afraid of growing up - I was raised in a repressive religious environment and had no sexual education of any kind, and I was essentially alone as well (I didn't go to a real school until high school. It's a long story.) Adolescence was a complete mystery and I'd been such a happy kid that the thought of leaving that behind was very hard for me. Writing about guys turning into fantasy men helped me cope. And now, it's like goal-setting for me, haha. I've literally patterned a lot of my life after my characters. Writing enabled my self-discovery.

Lmao not at all aroused by furries, but...I guess it'd be an aardvark, huh?

Always a tough question! And it isn't always a cross-over between what I find the hottest, either. I'm really proud of Clay & Owen as of late - they just turned out exactly how I envisioned. Plot and pacing-wise, 111121 and M-U-S-C-L-E shook out how I wanted and really hit all the storytelling beats, which took a lot of work. Master of Magic was one of my first TF fantasies EVER (I was probably like...7 or 8?) and to write it down with such exquisite artwork, and get the reception it got, really meant so much to me. Others: New York Fitness City felt like a good pivot into more grown-up Aard works back in the day. Bear Cap: Dakota and Broadcast were such hot fantasies. Really, I like most of my stuff haha!

What's your Fursona ;)

Did you read transformation stories before starting to write your own? Where? What was your inspiration to start?

What are some of your favorite stories you’ve made?
