Based on the information from the Thieves' Guild, our intrepid adventurers knew there was a way to get into the castle unnoticed- Through the sewers. Though their contact said it would take a strong stomach and a light foot to do so unnoticed.
In this map of a grand sewer, your party can explore the entirety of the map by crawling through the city's runoff. The end destination could be the staircase that leads up into a castle basement, or the central sewage processing unit ©; a high-tech installation that handles the waste of the royals aboveground.

The story prompt above is just a possible setting to use this detailed map for. Here are some of the key features to help you come up with your own:
Sewer entrance
Our intrepid adventurers make their way down the stairs, through the lower sewer access. The stench of decay and everything unsavory hits them immediately-- but that won't stop 'em! The only way to push onward is through the sewage pipe against the current. Better hold your breath.

Technician's office
Of course even this part of the castle isn't entirely unguarded... A certified sewage technician has a small office to himself, while guards patrol the surrounding area regularly. The staircase in the other room leads up, straight to the lower levels of the castle.

The Central Sewage Processing Unit
The CPSU, as we call it in the business, is a large central installation, hooked up to an intricate amount of drainage pipes. Perhaps it isn't a bad idea to cause a small distraction in the castle upstairs... What if their toilets were to suddenly erupt with poop water volcano's? Leave it to the party artificer to sabotage the machine!
I hope this map can bring some joy to you and your (virtual) table. Feel free to let me know what you thought of this map, I'm always happy to hear from Patrons.
Happy swimming in poop water!
