Just a couple of comments this week: Daenerys - does Groleo have the roughest story arc in all of ASoIaF? I mean, it’s all just losses...loses his cabin, loses his ships, loses his head. Poor Groleo... Davos - has George left a big gap in Mel’s plot armour by having her see threats to her person in the flames? So, if someone became angry enough to kill her suddenly (not planned in advance) she wouldn’t have seen that coming, would she? Seems to me Jojen’s ‘this is not the day I die’ is surer advance knowledge.
