For use in Unity I recommend Poiyomi 8.1 & Sivka's Matcaps to create the materials but you can use whatever you prefer.
For use in blender I recommend the included pngs for the metal texture and setting the diamond/opal material to "Glass BDSF"
with a 0% roughness and IOR at 5.0.
