As a former wrestler, people kept talking locally about wanting to unionize and I reminded them they'd have to behave professionally if they wanted to be treated professionally. No showing bookings, drinking backstage after matches (or BEFORE 😳) and putting in minimum training- but expecting to be treated and paid like big stars.
