Kinda wish it was more simple but hey can't get everything I guess. Sunshine should be coming up next since Nijigasaki is airing right now and would love to catch it right as it ends really exited for that.

I'm not entirely sure since I'm going into it from the gacha but it should be fairly stand alone. I don't know if they'll have references to the other groups later on but I assume it should be fairly self contained with the characters and story. Though I'd just say also watch the rest at some point because I think it's really good regardless lol but you should be fine.
