The Furs 4 - Templates Mod - Much Needed Update Pt.1

here's part 1 of the update, moving red pandas into a separate file (just in case you don't use Red Pandas form Bernise) and also introducing the templates "Tray" file.
the files with tray in the name, they add the templates to your sim library - and it's there so long the "Tray" package is installed which means no mess in your sim library :D
Important Note: Because I've started separating the things by additional content required, the main file has been renamed to [Benji]FurryTemplates-CAS-Base-3DPaws-NSFW.package
The file which is named [Benji]FurryTemplates-CAS-3DPaws-NSFW.package needs to be removed!
