I've been working on Employee 11072019, who will appear in the next DigiLuxe video.
The first thing I had to do was to learn about retopology. This is because the resolution of the original mesh I sculpted for their first appearance was far too high to be used for rigging and animation.

In order to retain the detail from the high resolution mesh such as the wrinkles and imperfections, I baked a normal map to the low poly mesh.
