Gangsta rap didn't exist in 88. NWA did reality rap and the white record execs rebranded it Gangsta rap for marketing purposes which changed the mentality of the artist and fans and how they approached it

Getting his early mixtapes potentially dropping with the corresponding audio series episode is a pretty big deal in my opinion. The Warm Up and Friday Night Lights are incredible
