Centrism and middle ground only gets you looped around to nowhere imo. “Smart” people can have “good” points and still be wrong and pandering to emotions. Shapiro take is a little out there, most of that rhetoric doesn’t come out sarcastic, where something like the one or two cuts from this album that give you a contrast to the other side of the conversation. As someone else pointed out, commentary like that should be judged through the author, the rest of the album clears up the confusion whereas a talking pundit is gonna have a consistent agenda.
