One thing about last songs on an album, I heard in an interview, I think The Weeknd? But he basically said to him, the second to last songs on albums are closers and the last song would be equivalent to the credits song in a movie - like an epilogue, and honestly since then, I’ve listened to a lot of albums differently. So I guess I always assumed formation wasn’t the conclusion but the epilogue 😅 how she’s feeling beyond the end of the album, so I see where Bob is coming from with that thought process! I’m not a huge Beyoncé fan but even I was pulled in with the hype when this album dropped. It’s always fun seeing both of you react especially with the different perspectives!

I don’t know how much time you have for Jon-channel related entertainment, but if you want to cement your admiration for Beyoncé the performer and the person, you two should watch Homecoming on Netflix. It chronicles her Coachella performances from a couple years ago, plus some of her personal story, and it is phenomenal.

Hey Bob! I know you have so many requests already, but if you had the chance I think you should react to some J. Cole features. He's been known for his legendary feature run from about 2018-now. I think it'd be really cool if we created a J. Cole feature playlist for you to react to like it's an album. Personally, I don't think you can fully understand the legend that is J. This album is a whole thing I don’t have the bandwidth to write about right now but the companion visual piece is a must watch, and 4:44 by Jay Z is a really good companion piece to this. I’d have recommended doing them back to back under normal circumstances.
