This is some real hip hop right here, I'm not through yet but love seeing how well you're able to appreciate it.

Craig Manning

Also, you’ve heard Common a few times. On the first couple Kanye albums, and Man On The Moon.

Not an unpopular opinion at all, I can’t wait until Bob hears BOBS

Deen Syed

bob would love innanettape

Spencer Thompson

Incredibly important album. Easily one of my favorite 90s records. May be an unpopular opinion, but I actually prefer “Black On Both Sides” to this one. Can’t wait for you to hear that one.

Second this 100%. For me, it fits in this middle ground that many albums don't pull off as well. Some of it's thoughtful/meditative and some of its emotional/aggressive, but both ways I enjoy it just as much. Also, I was 16 when it dropped and given some of the subject matter (Heavenly Father, Tranquility, etc.), that album impacted me in a way that exceeds "Oh I like how this song sounds". I could keep going, but won't out of respect for brevity. Love your reactions Bob!

Somebody that I never even thought to mention but I think you’d like a lot is Vic Mensa. I think you’d like his debut album “The Autobiography” the most so I’ll recommend that but I definitely would like to see react to the “innanetape” and work your way through his discography.

Hey Bob, I’m sure you have a lot of rap albums in your lineup, but I wish you would check out Trick Dice by Nickelus F & Shawn Kemp

jiffybread

Amazing man. Cannot wait to see what he thought about Thieves in the Night. One of the most poetic, soulful & mindful tracks in hip hop.

jiffybread

Just refreshing your mind with cilvia demo lol
