A number of changes are now live for my "sustainable software" initiative. The idea behind this initiative is to make things simpler, easier, and more sustainable over time. Not just for myself but for my supporters also.
These changes include:
No more refunds is really targeted at the creative things people were trying to do for the previous one-time purchase option for Sprucemarks.
With the new changes, any Patreon membership gets you access to and support for the following.
Sprucemarks for Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
nightmode.fm/software/sprucemarks
Script Control for Chrome.
nightmode.fm/software/script-control
Feri and other open source projects.
github.com/nightmode?tab=repositories
Plus, you can cancel your membership at anytime to keep using software without support. You can always activate a membership in the future if you find yourself wanting support again.
I am sincerely hoping these changes will lead to more users, less issues, and the ability to keep offering software and support via Patreon in the future.
