2024-01-15 00:01:50 +0000 UTCCasting John Ritter for this role was brilliant, he's got this easygoing way about him that makes you want to trust him, but he flips to evil so easily. And it's another situation that most teenagers can relate to, mom suddenly having someone in her life and it disrupting the normal balance, him trying to assert authority and whether Buffy's overreacting. I thought they handled it pretty well for something that's wrapped up in 45 minutes.
