The cartoon depiction of a non-related detachable magazine and a non-related straightwall cartridge in the intro to the rifle's specs are both REALLY annoying! The break-in of the "PA announcement" for the previous episode's study guide is fingernails-on-a-chalkboard annoying! The overall classroom schtick is generally acceptable, but that's a step too far IMO.

Nor enough air forces to be even a speed bump to the Luftwaffe. Nor enough artillery to reply in kind. They needed their entire frontier seeded w/ dragon teeth, every one of their active light infantry equipped w/ sniper rifles and wearing ghillie suits, and mortar and mg crews liberally sprinkled everywhere to slow the advance, and they just didn't have it...

2025-11-19 18:33:39 +0000 UTCI don't like the 'newsprint dot' filters on photographs that didn't originally have them. Portraits are one thing but I'd prefer to see more detail of photos of soldiers using the guns or whatever.
