Games Of Thrones 6x10

Tommen was so poorly written no one regardless of age with an army will let their mother rot in prison let alone his wife and her brother. His apathy is worthy of hate and lead to queen cersei. If i as a teenager lead to stalin 2.0 appearing because i did nothing over literally every other option i deserve to be mocked.

2025-12-13 12:28:13 +0000 UTCNo, i don't think he has the higher claim, as even though his father was the heir, he was never King. Even the Mad King named Viserys as his heir over Rhaegars children by Elia Martell, and then Daenerys was Viserys' heir so to me, she has the better claim (being the daughter of a king, rather than the grandson like Jon is)

2025-12-10 08:00:04 +0000 UTCGood to finally see people acknowledge that at the end of the day Dany is and has always been a control freak one mistake/decision away from turning into a madman in everyone elses eyes. To anyone saying Don spoiled Jons reveal, no that was as close to confirming his lineage as they could go without putting literal text on screen saying Jon Targaryen. As for him revealing stuff after, he totally fumbled on that. At this point all we know is that Rhaegar was married to Elia Martell meaning Jon would still have been a Snow a.k.a. a bastard born outside marriage. And all we know about Lyanna Stark is that Rhaegar abducted her and allegedly raped her according to Robert although seeing her here kinda contradicts that. As for line of succession with all things considered I still think Jon would have a higher claim to the throne considering that even Eddard tried claiming Roberts bastard children for the throne when he found out that Cerseis children were what they were.

2025-12-08 12:35:46 +0000 UTCCercei tried so hard to avoid the prophecy that she made it true. She was so distruatful of any woman that could be the "more beautiful queen" that would take away her power, that she antagonized the Starks, the Tyrells, and Dorne. Which lead to all the events of the show and to the death of all 3 of her children.

2025-12-06 22:43:58 +0000 UTCSorry but I will keep repeating since this bs hate keeps going (well luckily it is last episode of Tommen). 3 reactors have combined iq lower than Tommen's age so I don't blame both sides...

2025-12-06 22:30:39 +0000 UTCHe sucks. Its not his fault, but he sucks. Child kings suck, both in fiction and reality. The problem is the position and system does not allow people to peacefully replace them with someone more qualified, so wishing for their death is the only option. Its also a bit tiring though to hear the "he's just a kid" comments when there are shown to be other more competent kids, even in this episode. Those are exceptional cases, but they are still present for comparison

2025-12-06 21:50:14 +0000 UTCWe were told way earlier about Rhaegar and Lyanna. He didn't really "spoil" it. But he did remind the other guy of something that he didn't remember from earlier. Alicia called it out before Don said anything. She said that makes Jon in line for the throne. So no, he didn't spoil anything. You're talking about the scene where it is revealed to Jon, explicitly. But anyone paying attention already knew this by that reveal.

2025-12-06 16:29:14 +0000 UTCDon spoiled it smh, that reveal is in S7's end... Yeah I mean if you use your brain you can figure it out but, his father isn't revealed yet Don jumped the gun telling you guys as you need so much more context, he should've done what his been doing for all the eps not confirm anything and let Alicia and Fax figure out and find out when its revealed

2025-12-06 04:37:35 +0000 UTCyeah Alicia been missing a lot lately, someone like the kid Jon hanged fair he deserves that lol, but Tommen is a little prepubescent child who is being groomed (not even mentioning Margaery SA'ing a CHILD) and pressured by everyone around him, and Alicia someone who is always really perceptive and empathetic it is surprising to see sadly even as a joke

2025-12-06 03:10:27 +0000 UTCA disappointing consensus on Tommen, hating a literal child who is at most 14 if not younger if we take into account the books, to wish for his death? A child who has been pushed to the forefront after a lifetime of neglect from his mother, being pulled in every which way by all the factions revolving around the throne, and like any child would do, doing his best to make sure everyone was happy yet not understanding the full implications of what it all means or how his actions have such drastic consequences? I am not trying to dog on any of you three, just that if you read my comment, try and look at Tommen's character from a more realistic perspective, that of a child, not that of a full grown adult, which I know is hard to do, but please try.

2025-12-05 23:29:25 +0000 UTCNormally I like Alicia for her commentary, but these episodes are almost like rage bait. In the books, Tommen is 8 at this point in the story. The TV series ages him up to a MAXIUMUM of 18. It's like this group is just deactivating their media literacy; something they usually show with other series. This comment is pointless anyway, since it's clear they don't read these.

2025-12-05 22:49:10 +0000 UTCDon, you kind of spoiled that Jon info a bit too soon. I'm sorry to mention this. I was like please dont fully say it yet but then you did unfortunately as in season 1 Robert Baratheon repeatedly said and claimed that Rhaegar abducted and raped Lyanna. I was contemplating in saying this just incase im spoiling something but it was already said.

2025-12-05 16:34:13 +0000 UTCWith Aryas list im sure she will make more and there is a good chance Walder frey will be one of those faces now, Althought I dont see what use she would have for it now she has had her revenge, and wait hold up...If john is a Targaryen does that mean he is the Dragon like Danaerys (fireproof)..I have so many questions...
John Smith
2025-12-05 16:03:08 +0000 UTCIt's difficult to know, but maybe Arya stole a face or two from the faceless men before leaving. Not to mention, I partly think that she may have done so with the blessing of Jaqen H'ghar, because she confronts him at the end. As for the sorceress that Jon sent south, I'm surprised that he didn't decide to keep her prisoner, because of her usefulness. She still deserves punishment for her role in sacrificing Princess Shireen, but she's still able to give insight in the battles to come.

2025-12-05 09:52:34 +0000 UTChearing "Light of the Seven" at the start of this episode hits every time, and then it creeps back in at the end when Cersi is crowned then transitioning it into "The Winds of Winter" Also THE KING IN THE NORTH!!!!!

2025-12-05 09:52:02 +0000 UTCThis isn't a spoiler; it's just some information that has been mentioned in passing before and is clearly stated in the books. Rhaegar is Daenerys's older brother, if he was Jon's father, then she would be Jon's aunt. Rhaegar had other children with Oberyn's sister, but she and all their kids were killed by the Mountain. Under primogeniture succession, Jon would come first even if Daenerys were male. The line goes down, eldest living child first, then their eldest living child, only going back or to the side if a dead end is reached. Jon would even have come before Daenerys' other brother, Viserys. The guy Drogo killed. Just bringing it up to help you guys visualise how the line of succession works.
