IronSkull Painting Competition: London 2020

What sort of tutor would we be if we wasn't giving you something to aim for?

Siege Studios are delighted to announce the IronSkull painting competition coming to London's Bad Moon Cafe on February 29th, 2020.

We are extremely excited to share with you some details on this competition, which we have been working on behind the scenes for just over a year.

IronSkull will be for all levels of miniature painter from aspiring first time entrant to veteran competition winners all over the world.

We have so much to reveal and show you all including a website, online registration form and of course - the categories, which will all be revealed soon over at the IronSkull social media pages.

For now, you can find out more about our sponsors, location and judges below.

For the IronSkull we wanted a very iconic and stand-out trophy for you all and over 12 months of work has gone into the trophy design between the Siege team, James Taro & Duncan Louca.

We wanted to give runners up a great award, so for those who just miss out on an IronSkull Bronze, Silver or Gold trophy, Commended Entry coins will go to 5 runners-up per category.

We're also very excited to announce that we will be taking over the entirety of London's Bad Moon Cafe for the competition on Feb 29th, 2020.

Bad Moon's mission is to create an inviting, comfortable and enjoyable experience for tabletop gamers in London. The venue is spacious, well-lit (more on that in the sponsors section with regards to IronSkull), and they have a large selection of food and drink on offer.

That mission, paired with the friendly, welcoming staff is what has made Bad Moon one of the premier locations for wargamers and hobbyists in the UK.

The venue is located minutes away from Borough Station in Central London & is just a 10-minute walk from both London Bridge and Elephant & Castle stations.
