Hidden beaches with Kristy - Pt 5

To get here we took a little fast taxi/ferry (and suffered through some seriously frightening waves and motion sickness) to get to Nusa Penida aka Penida Island off the coast of Bali. I had been wanting to go to this island for quite some time, especially after seeing fellow IG peeps posting about a beautiful hike to Diamond beach (which was quite treacherous and exhaustive and time consuming- which we didn't have!). So we took this beautiful day trip here and were taken to a beach. It was pretty clean but crowded and we were supposed to be snorkeling at this time. Instead our lovely guide told us that if we hiked up over the mountains and back down (about 15-20 minutes) we could reach a more secluded beach. So guess what we chose? ;) We finally got to this beach after a sweltering hike in the heat and with all of our heavy gear and found a few people milling about and relaxing on the beach. The waters were so clear and the area was tidy and clean. And best of all?? There were some topless sun bathers - which meant we could finally shoot some nude-ish photos in public in Bali!!!! SUCH A RELIEF! We were scared to get caught during our trip before but here we didn't have to worry!
