Bugs... Why did it have to be bugs? Glad to see Alex maintains trigger discipline throughout.

In contained pressure vessels, loss of oxygen supply is dramatically hyped up throughout Hollywood but truthfully it's losing CO2 removal that'll kill you first. Granted the 1701 D could still support it's crew for extended periods without life support but eventually the CO2 poisoning would set in, sooner than asphyxiation.

Well, at least we have the first zero-gravity space corpses in the comic. Judging by it, mostly graphic realistic (blood boiled) than "romaticized yet somber space opera version" (mysteriously intact corpses floating among destroyed ships).

Sabotaging the life support system will only have an immediate effect if the ship is activily vented as well. I seen how Star Trek frequently make great drama of taking power from life support for a few minutes. I also remember reading something about a calculation that it would take Captain Picard's Enterprise about a month to run out of oxygen if life support are shut down. Apparently Starfleet's ships are very leaky. As such we can probably infer that Tempo have indeed manage to ventilate the ship to at least a degree. Some of the crew are bound to have survived however. Maintenance personnel need access to pressure suits for in vacuum repairs and pretty much all of the hardtroopers are probably immune vacuum. This will be interesting.

Even if most of the Umiak crew are dead, our heroes still have their work cut out for them. They've got to mop up resistance and then escape or destroy the other ship in their squadron. They will be operating extremely unfamiliar equipment and will be grossly under-crewed. Things should remain interesting for quite a while.
The warren-like interiors are a nice touch.

So, only hardtroopers left or lucky ones that were near their space gear, i guess tempo opened all the doors? Like in FTL, who controls doors controls everything?

Now that i think about it... Can you blame them for anything they do? They are made on factory and pre programmed to do certain things and dont have any kind of personal life, or any kind of choice. They cant even desert or change side if they disagree because of warfare nature.

Who's the third person in the 1st & 2nd panel, if it's not a spoiler? Looks like one of the pilots..

Yes, it's a little bit larger than the Space Shuttle. 50m vs. 37m long.

up til now, I thought they were in a Trek shuttle-sized vessel...now I'm starting to think its at least the size of a US spaceshuttle. either way, its interesting going
