Not-Tower of Lust update 27-08-2018

Some general info of the state of the game. So yeah, Patrons already should have seen the animation work to test how it looks in-game. I also uploaded the in-game version elsewhere so you can find it if you want but the Hi-res version will be exclusively for Patrons.

So, what's the plan for now?

Right now I will work mostly in polishing the game database. Stuff like classes, equipment, skills, enemies and so on. Also, assets like doors, chests, etc need to be edited so they can be used in the game with the FPLE script, so doors and chests opens when activated. In the in-game video you can see using a door just causes a black screen transition, I won't be leaving those because it slows the flow of dungeon crawling, so when I finish editing the assets the door should just open and you just keep going, unless the door leads to a whole different area, of course.

Right now I'm not sure whether the BF stuff in-battle will be short animations of full CG. The sex most likely CG because it will be a lot harder to take in account different classes and colors for animations, though the molesting kind of attack will probably get generic animations (like, it will be the same boob squeeze no matter who is getting it). Also, all this depends a lot on whether I'm the artist or not.

Speaking about that. My deadline will be pretty much until I finish with the basic database tinkering to get a playable game with battles, if I don't have enough money or can't find an artist interested in the game, then yeah, I will make the art as well. The image on the post is a basic redraw I did of the Amazon trying to keep practicing my drawing, the clothes are pretty much a sketch yet but I liked this drawing quite a lot so if I do the art I will most likely keep this one.

Considering the amount of work finishing this game will take and what I've always said, that I want to be able to do this for a living, I'll be also selling the game now on different portals. Here the price will be 10$ in total, so basically, anyone who has pledged a total of 10$ by the day of the release will get it (since the day I began this Patreon), and it'll be the uncensored version, of course. I will also try to get it translated in japanese so I can get it on the japanese DLsite so I'll be saving money while I make the game for that. Anywhere else will most likely go for 15$ considering the % split and well, DLsite version will be censored.

Ah, and I think the poll was pretty clear, I'll be keeping the party size to a maximum of 4 characters. So yeah, I think that's it for now. I don't think I'll be making posts until sunday or next week as I won't be making interesting work I can show, probably will draw some more but no idea if anything final.
