Hope August have treated you well just like it should!
It's been an eventful month in the Priest camp. Mercury went to LA to record three songs in Julien-K's studio. To see the workflow and professionality of these guys was great! It also brought new ideas and sounds to to the table. The tracks 'Zombie Night', 'Mirror Man' and a collab with the work name 'Interlinked' was recorded and likely to be released in combination with one of the US tours upcoming spring. It's unclear if they will be part of the next album or just be the last life signs of Priest 3.0. Nevertheless we're very excited and happy with the sonic outcome!
Another part of the trip was to visit Majesty Black in San Francisco to discuss attire designs for Mercury 4. A lot of ideas was aired and eventually a solid vision was decided on - still with a lot of room to expand on the dark looks. If they already aren't - Priest definitely will be the best looking band on the planet in their fourth incarnation.
Meanwhile in Sweden, RacHell is digitally shaping the next evolutionary step of the exoskeletal head structures in the Priest canon..
More info next month! I cannot express enough how much your support means to us. It opens doors we wouldn't have had otherwise, so a big thanks to each and every one of you!

Priest 4.0 is exciting, but I don't know if I'll ever be ready to let go of 3.0 tbh We should have a proper goodbye before the 4.0 debut lol

I was able to spend a little bit of time talking with Ryan during my VIP time before their show at The Black Sheep on Friday night and he assured me that Priest fans will enjoy what you guys came up with very much. 🖤⚡ Can it be 2025 already, please??
