Sometimes when your feeling too energized for a slow yoga class, this is exactly what you need to start your day! Doing little bits everyday of exercise is sooo much better for your body than longer workouts only a couple times a week. I love this sequence because it works so many different muscles, and really focus's my mind. Let me know what you guys think! :)
