I find the idea of "rise and grind" or whatever the fuck people call it baffling; I would like there to be public dialog on "who the fuck really wants to work in the first place". How many people are actually doing work that they find fulfilling for example....as well as what kinda goes along with that: how many jobs that are absolutely crucial suck?
