NCT is the group…they have sub units (127, Dream, WayV, Wish, DoJaeJung, and U). When members across NCT work together, that would be considered NCT U. DoJaeJung are members of NCT 127. (Doyoung, Jaehyun, and Jungwoo). The only reason this unit isn’t considered NCT U, is because they decided to put out work together permanently as a 3 member unit. In contrast to NCT U, where the members constantly rotate, because they are chosen by who fit the songs the best.
