Early Shorts: Cyberpunk Retrofuturism Hacks

This is a busy week where we've filmed two whole Retro Show specials: Halloween and one exploring the unheard early versions of A-ha's Take On Me to celebrate the 40 year anniversary since its first release.

But I never want to leave you empty handed, so here's a 60-second one where I talk briefly of why I love not just retro but retrofuturism, and show off a funny bug relating to a popular character in Cyberpunk 2077. No idea why she's popular though...

This is a rare kind of video that strays about as far as I ever like to from the core subject matter (whilst still being within the walls of "retroism") but part of the hope with these is to attract a wider audience to the channel, which in turn helps us all 🀞 Cyberpunk 2077 is very popular out there. I hope you enjoy it!

I'll be back soon with more behind-the-scenes updates, those two specials, and the music video for my synthwave track "Northlight", the song of which you can download as a supporter here (pls don't share): https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Vv8Sw3VT83B5cKq1rCRq_TV-0po0oFS1&usp=drive_fs

I felt the same. They didn't just fix it, it's become know as the greatest turnaround in video game history. Definitely recommended for the atmosphere. But, there is a lot of dialog to skip through...

When they announced Cyberpunk 2077, I was very interrested. It looked like the most immersive open world game since GTA V. But then because of the chaotic release with all the bugs and stuff, my interrest vanished... But they seem to have fixed most of the critical stuff, so now I might need to try it out. Don't think my PC is up for it, though. Always something to throw money at. Looking forward to seeing your new music video!
