The first piece was made a few days after watching the movie. I watched First Steps in Aug 1. The costume looked fun but I had trouble translating the face and hair with my style. For some reason, that angle of face makes my style disappear. Only on the other piece did I figure out how to get it back but it's still not a satisfactory. The next piece was made not long after I finished the first one. VF6 finally revealed Sarah's gameplay so I was excited. Rn I've been jaded with fighting games and I'm more motivated to draw FG fan arts than playing one. This one was easy to draw cus' I've drawn the pose many times.
Let's get back on track. Sue was a warm-up which I had encountered a small trouble. There wasn't any external motivation cus' I quit Rivals so all I had for motivation was I watched the movie a few days ago. That drive fleeted fast and I ended finishing a piece I wanted to scrap. Meanwhile, Sarah's piece is a quick one. Specifically trying correct the mistakes I've made on the previous piece while experimenting. Overall I'm happy that I was able to finish pieces despite not being at a 100%. Things could be better but next week's pieces will be.
