It's basically, clean lineart, AO + Shadows and colors. The lighting does the heavy lifting of the little rendering. Morrigan is one of those iconic characters on my to-draw list that I'm happy to cross out this year.
As an extra I've added Manuela. I sketched her digitally and finish it with ink and markers on paper.
