That's good because at the end of the day eBay would side with the buyer if there was something wrong. However there is the risk that your money would get tied up for 5 weeks waiting for eBay to refund you if you have a problem. Some risk, but not much and maybe you can offer him half his asking price and he'll accept. Good luck
